INGREDIENTS:

Cut shrimp into small pieces.
Combine with onions and green onions.
Add in all seasoning ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
Take a little bit of mixture into hands and form into a ball.
Coat in flour, egg and panko in that order.
Fry in hot oil (180 degrees C) until crispy and golden brown.
To make the tartar sauce, coarsely mash the boiled eggs.
Add in mayonnaise, gerkins, salt, pepper and butter and mix well.
Serve tartar sauce with shrimp.
