Brazilian Broa Corn Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups fubá (fine corn flour)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • METHOD:

    Pulse all ingredients in a blender.

    Transfer them to a greased and floured pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Serve warm with butter.
